1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Source of Funds

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Bet Acceptance

If restoration is not possible, tk299 may void the affected round and return the relevant stake. tk299 is not responsible for losses incurred due to failures in the player's own internet connection or device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tk299. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account simultaneously or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors knowingly for financial gain.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

tk299 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if tk299 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under tk299's Responsible Gaming framework.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tk299 will communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension is confirmed as permanent due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited and will not be returned.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability
